Kelly Donawa

After spending fifteen years in the technology industry,Kelly made the transition into real estate and has never looked back. Her strong sales background served as a springboard into the real estate industry and focus on the overall client experience quickly guided her to such accolades as the JLA "Rookie of the Year Award" in2016 and Multi million Dollar Production Awards with doubled production in both 2017 and 2018. Kelly has served as a JLA Management Team member for the last three years, helping to guide agents in their respective real estate careers. With a genuine love for helping fellow agents and clients alike, Kelly works tirelessly in Lake Houston and surrounding areas. At home, she can be found with her husband, three daughters, and three dogs. She considers time management to be among her greatest strengths. Kelly serves as the Vice President of the local non-profit Booster Board in Humble ISD and the Public Relations Committee in her community of Summerwood. She maintains community sponsorship and support as pillars of her business model, with a portion of every closing being donated back locally.
